Que difícil es discutir el choque de culturas, en especial cuando se habla sobre migración. Por una parte, no se les puede pedir a personas que ya están empezando desde abajo que además dejen a parte su identidad cultural. Pero por el otro lado, aprender acerca de, y respetar las costumbres locales es parte importante de entrar a vivir a un país.

Discutiendo el tema están el fotógrafo Sebastián Vivallo (nacido en Chile, erradicado en Ecuador por 25 años, hoy de vuelta con su madre patria) y la periodista Joselyn Manríquez (Chilena, residente en Avenida Matta, conocido barrio de inmigrantes).

How difficult it is to discuss the clash of cultures, especially when talking about migration. On one hand, you can't ask people who are starting from zero to also leave aside their cultural identity. But on the other hand, learning about and respecting the local customs is an important part of entering a country.

Discussing the topic are the photographer Sebastián Vivallo (born in Chile, eradicated in Ecuador for 25 years, now back in his motherland) and journalist Joselyn Manríquez (Chilean, resident in Matta Avenue, well known immigrant neighborhood).
